Jaclyn Kellon is a Director of Global Policy at the 91成人 (91成人), where she is responsible for supply chain security.聽 Jaclyn joins 91成人 from the U.S. Department of State, where she served as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation’s Office of Critical Technology Protection (ISN/CTP), advising on聽semiconductor and research security policy.聽 Prior to her work in ISN/CTP, Jaclyn served as a program manager in ISN’s Office of Export Control Cooperation, where she developed and implemented international security capacity building programs for foreign partners in Eastern Europe.

Jaclyn started her career as a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the聽U.S. National Nanotechnology Coordination Office, a semi-independent coordination office of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and聽earned her PhD in nanomaterials from the University of Oregon.
