Ari Sulby聽is a Director of Global Policy at 91成人, where he focuses on international trade and bilateral policy with Europe and Korea.

Prior to joining 91成人, Ari served as Director for Industrial Subsidies and State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Policy at the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), where he led U.S. government efforts to address distortive industrial policy across bilateral, plurilateral, and multilateral forums. In this capacity, he negotiated subsidy and SOE provisions in trade agreements, led the revision of the OECD Guidelines on the Corporate Governance of SOEs, developed new model SOE trade text, and represented the United States at the WTO, OECD, and G20. He also worked on U.S. responses to foreign trade remedy proceedings.

Before USTR, Ari held several roles in international trade and investment policy at the Department of State, where his portfolio spanned inward and outward investment policy, South and Central Asia economic affairs, supply chain resiliency, China trade policy, and trade enforcement.

Ari holds a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an M.A. in Government and International Law from Georgetown University.
