Paul is an electrical engineer by training with 35 years’ diverse experience in applications engineering, marketing, and web-based software. He is based in the US and has also lived and worked in the UK and Japan. Before joining Omdia, Paul spent over twenty years in the semiconductor industry, eight years in automotive electronics, and six years in flight simulation. During his career he has also been a freelance technical writer and columnist, a web designer, a small business marketing consultant, and a professional guitarist.

Leonard Shtargot is an ADI Fellow at Analog Devices, where he focuses on advancing power product technology and design. With two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, he specializes in high-performance power IC design, encompassing analog and mixed-signal circuits, IC process development, and innovative packaging techniques. He is a key contributor to ADI’s Silent Switcher technology platform and has driven advances in areas including GaN DC/DC, low-noise DC/DC conversion, and micromodule packaging for data center applications. His work spans the full spectrum from IC and process design through ATE system development, and he actively engages in cross-disciplinary collaboration to bring next-generation power solutions to market.

Dinesh Ramanathan serves as senior vice president for corporate strategy at onsemi, responsible for driving the company鈥檚 strategy development and annual strategic planning initiatives. He has been in the hardware industry for 25 years, designing semiconductor devices, software, and systems. Before joining onsemi in 2023, Dinesh focused on vertical gallium nitride (GaN) technology and products, co-founding NexGen Power Systems in 2017. Prior to that, Dinesh was CEO and president of Avogy Inc., and was executive vice president at Cypress Semiconductor for over 9 years. Dinesh holds a Ph.D. in information and computer science from the University of California, Irvine, as well as a bachelor鈥檚 degree in computer science and a master鈥檚 degree in mathematics from BITS, Pilani, India.

Jeff Halbig聽joined the ST marketing team in 2012 after 8 years of senior design experience in telecom and industrial DC/DC power supplies. He has held individual marketer and management roles for all ST power products, with a focus on power discrete technologies across personal electronics, automotive, and in industrial segments since 2015. Jeff Halbig graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with both Bachelors and Masters of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 2004.

Pradeep Shenoy is the Compute Power Technologist who leads Texas Instrument鈥檚 data center systems engineering team. Pradeep has over 15 years of experience in power electronics working on projects ranging from solar energy conversion to electric vehicle battery chargers. He has served in several roles in the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) and the Applied Power Electronics Conference (APEC) organizing committee. Pradeep obtained the B.S. degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Gregory LaRocca

Prior to joining 91成人, he served as the Head of Data and Analytics in the CHIPS Program Office. In this capacity, he supported the program by providing timely and accurate information on the semiconductor industry to support the program. Prior to that, he was an international trade analyst at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Where he provided expertise the semiconductor industry on fact-finding investigations.聽 Additionally, he contributed to over 50 trade remedy investigations covering a range of industries.
He holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master of public policy from the University of Maryland.
