WASHINGTON鈥擩uly 18, 2024鈥擳he 91成人 (91成人) today announced Carrie Esko has joined the 91成人 team. Esko will serve as director of global policy for trade and supply chain matters.

With her experience negotiating with governments around the world on digital trade and tech policy, Carrie will be a powerful advocate for our industry鈥檚 interests in Washington and in capitals around the world.鈥
Esko was most recently director for ICT services and digital trade at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR), where she led digital trade negotiations within bilateral and regional trade initiatives. Esko also served in other roles at USTR, including as director for APEC affairs, and as director for industrial goods, where she worked on trade policy and negotiations involving critical minerals, metals, and related sectors with partner governments across Asia and globally. Esko has also held positions within the U.S. International Trade Commission and Crowell & Moring LLP.
Esko earned a master鈥檚 degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from George Washington University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Economics from Columbia University.
